I’ve been a barista for just over 5 years, at a few different coffee shops. I’ve worked at Metrovino (one of the best wine stores in Canada) and I was the general manager of Phil & Sebastian Coffee Company’s Farmers Market location, but I’m currently training to take over as the coffee roaster for Phil & Sebastian Coffee Roasters. This blog is an extension of my experiences working in the coffee industry as well as some of the things that I love in life.
